Whenever reached, the State Chief for Satisfaction and Reason Satisfaction, Mrs Ogechi Ololo, disclosed to NAN that she still couldn't seem to be advised on the reason for the occurrence.

Mr Collins Ibe, who saw the occurrence, revealed to NAN that the windstorm that went with the storm may be in charge of the fallen of the scaffold.

Another witness, Mrs Mary Nlemadim, stated: "Tragically this is going on in the state, particularly at a place that should be an entertainment focus.

"I express gratitude toward God that it occurred in the night when individuals were nowhere to be found; generally, there might have been setbacks.

"I ask the state government and architects chipping away at development extends in the state to be more devoted and exhaustive," she said.

Likewise, an Architect, Mr Okechukwu Uba stated: "There is have to fundamentally take a gander at all the development ventures going ahead in the state.
